At Harp Chemicals, we are dedicated to producing high-quality ethanol, DDGS (Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles), and CO2, leveraging innovative technologies and sustainable practices to serve diverse industries. We use paddy straw as fuel in our Boiler and will use 1,50,000 Ton of paddy straws as Fuel for our full capacity. Thus, at Harp Chemicals, we specialize in the production of ethanol and high-quality co-products like Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles (DDGS) and Carbon Dioxide Gas by utilizing damaged food grains such as broken rice and maize. We not only reduce waste but also contribute to a cleaner, greener future and play a major role in checking environmental pollution by providing a practical solution to the farmers.
What We Do
We use damaged rice and maize as our raw materials. The starch of these grains is converted to ethanol through the processes of fermentation and distillation. The present capacity of the plant is 125 KLPD, which will be enhanced to 330 KLPD by 2025–26. The expected turnover at 125 KLPD will be Rs.350 crore (approximately) and about Rs.800 crore after capacity enhancement.
Ethanol
Our ethanol production process is efficient and environmentally friendly, providing a renewable alternative to traditional fossil fuels. Whether for fuel or industrial applications, our ethanol meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
DDGS
We produce premium DDGS, a valuable co-product of our ethanol production process. DDGS is an excellent source of protein and nutrients for livestock feed, contributing to the health and productivity of animals while reducing the environmental impact of farming.
CO₂
As a natural Coproduct of fermentation, we capture and purify carbon dioxide gas for various industrial applications, including food and beverage carbonation, welding, and medical uses. Our high-purity CO2 meets stringent industry standards, ensuring reliability.
